Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-10
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zetra (the "Service"), operated by Zetra, Inc.. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
Zetra lets you build AI agents trained on content you provide (documents, websites, text snippets, and connected third-party tools), and deploy those agents across channels such as a chat widget, a hosted help page, and WhatsApp. Agent responses are generated by third-party AI models based on the content you've added — see our Subprocessors page for which providers are involved.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account and workspace.
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or connect to your agents ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf — including sending relevant excerpts to the AI model provider you've selected in order to generate responses. We don't use Your Content to train models we operate ourselves, and we don't sell it.
You're responsible for having the rights to upload the content you add, and for making sure it doesn't violate our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
4. AI-generated responses
Agent responses are generated by AI models and are grounded in the content you've provided where possible, with source citations shown when a response is based on your content. AI-generated responses can still be incorrect or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing how your agent is configured and how it's deployed to your own customers.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. [Placeholder — requires legal counsel] Exact refund windows, proration rules, and late-payment terms to be finalized.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including on notice where practical. You may stop using the Service and delete your agents and content at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us — see Security & Trust for how deletion actually works today.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
[Placeholder — requires legal counsel] Liability cap (e.g. fees paid in the prior 12 months), exclusions for indirect/consequential damages, and any carve-outs need to be set by counsel based on the jurisdictions you actually operate in.
8. Governing law
[Placeholder — requires legal counsel] Governing law, venue, and whether disputes are resolved by arbitration or in court are jurisdiction-specific decisions — counsel should set these based on where Zetra, Inc. is actually incorporated and where customers are located.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] or via our contact page.
